Cone Cash

We care about our employees and their loved ones. In honor of promoting a balanced life, we created Cone Cash! Cone Cash is a way we give back to our employees. Each month employees are given $100 to have outings with friends or family.

 

Activities could include: movie night, date night, going to the zoo, birthday/anniversary celebrations, bowling, and many more ideas.

Benefit Details

401K Retirement Plan

All eligible employees may participate in the 401(k) Plan on the first of the month following the employees first 12 months of employment. Must be 21 years of age and have completed 1,000 hours in 12 months of service. Safety Signs, LLC will match 100% of your salary deferrals up to 5%. Company match contributions are made weekly and vest immediately.  


Medical Insurance

​All eligible Employees may elect medical coverage on the first of the month following the employee’s first 60 days of employment. Vision is included in the medical insurance plan. Safety Signs LLC pays 100% of the employee's monthly premium.  Family coverage is available for spouse and dependent(s).

Health Savings Account (HSA)

All eligible employees may elect to contribute a portion of their weekly pay into a pre-tax HSA account on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.


Dental Insurance

All eligible employees may elect dental coverage on the first of the month following 12 months of employment. Safety Signs LLC pays 100% of the employee's monthly premium.  Family coverage is available for spouse and dependent(s). 

 

Life Insurance

Basic Term Life Insurance coverage is provided at $50,000 for eligible employees​ on the first of the month following 12 months of employment. Safety Signs, LLC pays 100% of the employee's monthly premium.

Long Term Disability

Long Term Disability insurance is provided for eligible employees on the first of the month following 12 months of employment. Safety Signs, LLC pays 100% of the employee's monthly premium.

Scholarships - Safety Signs Family Education Foundation

Children of eligible employees of Safety Signs, LLC are invited to participate in the Safety Signs Family Education Foundation (SSFEF). The SSFEF is designed to assist your children attend qualified post-secondary institutions of their choice. Scholarships are available to each qualifying child in the amount of $2,500 per year for up to 4 years.

Employee Referral Program

As part of the Safety Signs recruitment efforts, employees are encouraged to spread the word. New full-time employees will get a $1,000 and the current full-time employee will receive a $2,500 referral bonus after six months of employment!
